PockketPay offers a real-time UPI payment gateway designed to help merchants receive payments instantly and securely, directly into their accounts using QR codes. Our services include:

• Support for over 150 UPI banks.
• 24/7 customer support.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PockketPay, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

4. Fees and Payment

PockketPay charges a minimal transaction fee for each payment processed through the UPI gateway. The fee structure is outlined on our pricing page. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your data and transactions. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PockketPay and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PockketPay services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
